Policies

-For your peace of mind and safety, we always apply exhaustive sanitization measures, both on contact surfaces and in all areas.

-Check-in time is 3:00 pm.

We greatly appreciate your punctuality. If you arrive later than expected, please let us know in advance so that the person assigned to greet you can make the necessary adjustments.

Check-out time is 11:00 am.

• Your punctuality helps us a lot to speed up preparations for the next guests.
• At Cabaña Pinar de la Calma you can enjoy exclusive amenities. Upon arrival, a security deposit of $3,000 pesos in cash will be required.
• This deposit is refundable at the end of your stay as long as no damage or missing items occur. 
  
• Upon receiving the cabin you must pay the outstanding balance of the reservation, as well as the security deposit.
• Parking lot:
• Please only park your vehicles in the areas designated for Cabaña Pinar de la Calma, and make sure not to obstruct the neighbors' access lanes to other areas.
• DO NOT DOUBLE PARK OR BLOCK ACCESS LANES.
• DO NOT PARK IN PROHIBITED AREAS.
• DO NOT PARK ON THE CORNER.

Music:

• We have professional Karaoke and home theater sound.
• In addition to Bluetooth speakers outside, out of consideration for the neighbors, we ask that you moderate the volume.
• The hours to enjoy outdoor music are from 8 am to 11:00 pm
• Indoors we only ask that you moderate the volume after 11:00 pm.
• Avoid the hassle. If neighbors file complaints with management, a charge of up to $1,500 pesos may apply.

-Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin.

The cabin is 100% free of tobacco smoke or other toxic substances.

When we detect that this has been overlooked, cleaning and sanitation tasks are increased and we will be forced to make an additional charge of $1,500 pesos.

-Pets are not allowed. Penalty of $1,000 pesos for each pet.

Failure to report the presence of pets may result in a higher penalty.

-Your reservation does NOT AUTHORIZE VISITS. Only the people included in your reservation can meet at Cabaña Pinar de la Calma. Charges apply for extra people.

-But if you are holding an event or meeting and plan to host some guests or service providers (banquets, furniture, games, music, etc.) please inform management in advance and they will review whether additional charges apply or not.

- Dirty dishes fee $1,200

-The following damages will be subject to penalties according to their value:

Broken glass, bottles, cups in any area. Leaving it very messy or very dirty (physiological waste, litter, etc.)

Damage to furniture, utensils, decoration or plants and garden, etc.

The minimum penalty will be $1,500 and will increase according to the damage.

-It is not permitted to move furniture or electronic devices from their location under any circumstances without prior written authorization.

-Blankets, pillows, bed linens, decorative cushions, etc., are for your comfort and for exclusive use INSIDE the cabin, during your stay. They are not permitted to be used in the garden areas or in any area outside.

-Cancellation policies:

The advance payment is NOT refundable.
